This is a legal agreement between you, the end user(you) and Weidemyr Clipart(Tiez) repressented by Tiez®. By using any piece of graphic from Weidemyr Clipart, you agree to be bound to the terms of this agreement. |
A piece of graphic means a file which is stored with any of these file extensions: gif, png, jpg, jpeg, tif, tiff, svg, bmp, ico, icl, zip, skin.
"Piece of graphic" and "pieces of graphic" will, in this agreement, refer to parts of the clipart supply of Weidemyr Clipart.

1. Copyright
The copyright for any piece of graphic and copies thereof belong to Tiez and is protected by international copyright law. You may not copy any piece of graphic except as granted in this agreement.

2. Grant of licence
Tiez grants you the right to make nonpublic copies of the pieces of graphic for caching and momentary digital storage. Tiez grants you the right to include the pieces of graphic in printed works, software and webpages that are not considered as clipart collections. The pieces of graphic need not be marked with a copyright statement. Publications targeted for more than 100 readers, shall display the URl www.weidemyr.com in connection with any piece of graphic which is supplied by Weidemyr Clipart.

3. Restrictions on use
By using a piece of graphic you certify that you have accessed Weidemyr Clipart without any active functions for filtering advertisements running neither on your system, nor on that of your Internet Service Provider's. You may use the pieces of graphics for a commercial purpose but you may not derive profit from them.
It is on your sole responsibility to find out about possible third party copyrights in connection to the motives of the pieces of graphic. E.g., a flag may not be used in violation of the respective nation's flag laws.

4. Termination and Warranty
This agreement takes effect when you begin to use a piece of graphic and is terminated when you end that use. Tiez does not grant you any warranty and reserve itself the right to remove the piece of graphic from Weidemyr Clipart at any time.
Tiez may change this agreement at any time. In that case shall the valid agreement be the one which was published at this location at the time when you began to use the piece of graphic.

5. General
If any provision of this agreement is held unenforceable by court, that shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. It constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tiez. |
